Purpose

Everyone has the conversation they rehearse in the shower and then handles badly anyway. There is plenty written about how to do it well, and none of it is in your head at the moment you need it. This gives you a real reply for the thing in front of you, tells you why that reply works, and keeps score of whether you are actually getting better at it.

What it does

Four ways in, all feeding one profile. Bring a real conversation and it writes you a reply, plus what makes it work. Rate one you already had and it scores what went well and what did not. Two practice gyms, one for work and one for family and relationships, drill the same skills before you need them. Everything scored moves your bands on empathy, curiosity and clarity, so you can see whether you are actually improving rather than just feeling like you are. It also learns how you write, from messages you paste in, so the replies sound like you and not like a chatbot.

Where the advice comes from

Nothing is invented. Every reply cites the named frameworks it used, and there is a page listing all of them: Nonviolent Communication, DEAR MAN, empathic listening, naming an emotion to take its heat out, attachment styles, repair attempts, and contrasting statements for when someone has taken it the wrong way. The coach speaks like a slightly older friend rather than a therapist, and when a technical term is unavoidable it gets named once and explained in plain words.

Where it is right now

Not finished, and not deployed. A fifteen-agent audit at the end of July put it plainly: the writing is better than the measurement, and the measurement is better than the navigation. It found the core loop severed, where bringing a real conversation earned you no credit at all while clicking multiple choice moved your scores. That one is fixed. The rest is the honest list: seven nav items where four would do, the onboarding quiz becoming unreachable after your first answer, and a reset button that wipes everything without asking. The numbers are not yet safe to present as measurement, which is the reason this is not live.
